This is a small structure. In fact I operate as a sole trader. When you speak to me, you're speaking with the person who is going to be doing your work instead of talking to someone in a call centre in India who knows nothing about the work involved and even less about the specifics of your account. I am reachable by e-mail and by phone, via a standard geographic phone number that isn't going to cost an arm and a leg to call on your mobile.
